Design for print

Final outcomes

These are my final publications for design for print, there is 4 publications that describe how to do each process that's on the front of them. They are then colour related to each section in the stock book.

This is how the back of the publications folds out

Snapshots from each publication.

Stock book front cover

Ring binding on the stock book

These are the first print outs of the page dividers in the stock book and as can be seen the writing is far to the left which will get in the way of the binding, so i had to re print these and move it to the right.

The inside of the front cover which describes what the books for and what do to do inside it.

This is how the sections are split up, the colours corresponding
with each publication.

The ring binding allows easy access to each page

The laser cut tells you what the paper is

This is the section where the paper gets ripped out and then exposed on to a screen.

binding the publications

before binding the book i thought i might use this metal ring binding, but after looking at it i thought it made it look quit cheap and wasn't that professional.

So i then started to put holes in exactly the same place in each sheet so i could bind it myself.

Perforating the paper so it can be ripped out

My first print outs are the 2 shown on the left below, i then re printed them so i could put an explanation on them on how to use them.
